It was all a dream! My work was featured in NYC Times Square Billboard.

As I stood there, amidst the hustle and bustle of Times Square, surrounded by towering skyscrapers and the vibrant energy of the city that never sleeps, I couldn't help but feel an overwhelming sense of gratitude wash over me. It was a moment I'll never forget – a moment that reminded me of the power of dreams, perseverance, and faith.

Today, I'm bursting with excitement, gratitude, and a pinch of disbelief as I share a moment that feels straight out of a dream – being featured on a billboard in the heart of New York City's iconic Times Square. Yes, you read that right. This island girl made it to the big Apple!

It all started with the Scarcity photo shoot. This was the session that got Harley Vaughn discovered by Kallee Jackson. And although it took Kallee & I a little time to work together but when it finally did, we made it to NYC! Kallee is a local (now international!) designer who was asked to showcase in New York Fashion Week. She wanted Harley (now her muse) to be the featured and she asked me to be the photographer. Over the moon was the feeling I got!

As I stood there, amidst the hustle and bustle of Times Square, surrounded by towering skyscrapers and the vibrant energy of the city that never sleeps, I couldn't help but feel an overwhelming sense of gratitude and pure excitement wash over me. I screamed of joy, laughed hysterically, and ended it with a cry! It was a moment I'll never forget – a moment that reminded me of the power of dreams, perseverance, and faith.

Being featured on a billboard in Times Square isn't just about seeing my images illuminated in bright lights for all to see (although that was undeniably surreal!). It's about the journey that led me here – the late nights spent pouring my heart and soul into my work, the moments of doubt and uncertainty, and the unwavering support of friends, family, and mentors who believed in me even when I struggled to believe in myself.

It's about the countless hours of hard work, dedication, and passion that went into pursuing my dreams – whether it was late night edits, creating art, or chasing any other endeavor that set my soul on fire. It's about embracing the challenges, the setbacks, and the moments of growth that ultimately led me to this incredible milestone.

But most importantly, being featured in Times Square is a reminder to never lose sight of the power of gratitude. Gratitude for the opportunities that come our way, no matter how big or small. Gratitude for the people who lift us up, inspire us, and push us to be the best versions of ourselves.
